6 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
– Phone meeting to finalize all of the details for the entire wedding day
– Creation of Detailed Timeline for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
– Managing all your Vendors from this point on
– A Detailed PDF Rehearsal Guide
– Timeline Distribution to you, all your Vendors, and the Venue
THE WEDDING DAY
– On site all day (typically 2-4 hours before ceremony) with your lead planner (Tarah)*
– Complimentary Set-Up and Tear-Down Time (not counting against package hours)
– Manage the Set Up of all Decor Before the Wedding
– Vendor Management: Meet, Greet, Supervise, and Direct Vendors
– Coordination of Ceremony including Processional & Recessional
– Coordination of Cocktail and Dinner Hour
– Coordination of Entire Reception
– Line up Bridal Party for Grand Entrance to Reception
– Coordination of Entertainment
